Job Description
AutoPro Training Solutions is seeking an experienced Service Manager to work with our team of onsite Trainers.
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 5 years of fixed operations management experience.
Strong analytical skills as well as a proven ability to work with new groups of people and build a team of top performers.
Strong belief in process management.
Roles & Reponsibilities
Completion of in store analysis of Service Operations.
Reporting results to Dealer and identifying key improvement opportunities.
Developing a training plan, creating benchmarks and implementing the plan.
Show improvement to the bottom line of the department(s).
